Building Skills. Creating Opportunities.
Vet Fixer is a family owned and operated provider serving adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across Chester County, Pennsylvania. Four services available today, and a Community Participation & Training Center in development.
Why we exist
Skills that hold up outside the building.
Vet Fixer supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build independence, develop practical skills, form real relationships and take an active part in their community.
Our supports are delivered where they matter: at home, out in Chester County, and soon at our Community Participation & Training Center, which will combine hands-on skill development with meaningful time in the surrounding community.
Purpose. Creating Possibilities.
What we offer
What we offer, and what is coming.
Four authorized services available today, plus the Training Center currently in development. One question sits behind all of them: how does this improve someone’s life?
Community Participation & Training Center

Small on purpose. Serious about the details.
Six reasons families and supports coordinators pick us, in the order they usually matter.
Veteran founded
Founded by a United States Air Force veteran. You look after the people beside you, and you plan for what could go wrong.
Person-centered care
The individual is in the room when their plan is written, and the plan is written in language they can read.
Community partnerships
Libraries, employers, volunteer hosts and local organizations. Community means the real one, not a room labeled community.
Individualized attention
A small provider by choice. You will know the name of whoever answers the phone and whoever supports your family member.
Experienced leadership
A leadership team and advisory board with healthcare, nursing, bilingual advocacy and Pennsylvania ODP experience behind them.
Safe, welcoming environment
Dignity, compassion, accountability and respect. Every decision we make is measured against those four.
Getting started
Four steps, and a person on the other end of the phone.
Reach out
Call or use the form. No diagnosis paperwork needed to start a conversation, and you get a reply from a named person within one business day.
Meet and plan
We sit down with the individual and the people who know them best. That conversation becomes the plan, in plain language.
Match and start
Staff are matched on shared interests, not just on shift availability. Meet them before the first full session.
Grow and adjust
Goals move and interests change. We change the plan when it should change, rather than waiting for the annual review.
Start here
Tell us who you are supporting.
Whether you are a parent, a sibling, a supports coordinator, or the person seeking services yourself, one short form is all it takes. We reply within one business day.
