Tiffini Burns is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish. A proud graduate of Central High School, she is bilingual with professional fluency in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
With experience providing Community Participation Support services, Tiffini has developed a passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. She recently completed the Office of Developmental Programs orientation and is currently working toward obtaining her provider license, further expanding her ability to serve individuals and families throughout the community.
As a mother, she understands the importance of compassion, trust, and creating environments where every individual feels safe, valued, and supported. She believes meaningful progress is achieved through person-centered care, genuine relationships, and a commitment to helping every individual discover their strengths, reach their goals, and thrive within their community.
