Tiffany Pearsall.

Tiffany Pearsall

Tiffany Pearsall is the Founder and Owner of Vet Fixer, LLC. She is a disabled United States Air Force veteran and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Fitness Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

Tiffany is a graduate of Milton Hershey School, where she saw firsthand how opportunity, structure and steady support can change the direction of a life. That experience is the foundation of Vet Fixer.

She founded Vet Fixer as an Adult Training Facility and CPS Community Participation Supports Hub in Coatesville, so that adults with intellectual disabilities and autism have a place where they are treated with dignity, build real independence, and are supported in reaching their full potential.

Today Tiffany leads the organization’s direction, partnerships and standard of care, and stays closely involved in intake and planning. She believes lasting change comes from strong partnerships, compassionate leadership, and treating every individual with respect.

Brings a background in Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs alongside her education and years of experience in the field, and leads operations, compliance and program delivery across Vet Fixer.

Tiffini Burns

Tiffini Burns is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish. A proud graduate of Central High School, she is bilingual with professional fluency in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

With experience providing Community Participation Support services, Tiffini has developed a passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. She recently completed the Office of Developmental Programs orientation and is currently working toward obtaining her provider license, further expanding her ability to serve individuals and families throughout the community.

As a mother, she understands the importance of compassion, trust, and creating environments where every individual feels safe, valued, and supported. She believes meaningful progress is achieved through person centered care, genuine relationships, and a commitment to helping every individual discover their strengths, reach their goals, and thrive within their community.
